Dr. Arle is a functional neurosurgeon with more than 25 years of experience in neuromodulation — including deep brain stimulation and spinal cord, peripheral nerve, and motor cortex stimulation — as well as complex spine surgery and the surgical treatment of pain and movement disorders. He completed his neurosurgery residency at the University of Pennsylvania, with fellowship training in movement disorder and epilepsy surgery at New York University, and holds an MD and PhD from the University of Connecticut. He is a widely published author in the field of neuromodulation.

Ashley Filmeck is a certified registered nurse practitioner specializing in pain management. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing through the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Cincinnati and holds a BSN from West Virginia University, with earlier experience as a cardiovascular critical care and surgical nurse. She evaluates and treats a broad range of pain conditions and works alongside our physicians on interventional pain procedures.

John De Jesus is a certified physician assistant specializing in orthopedic and neurosurgical spine care. He earned his Master of Science as a Physician Assistant from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences and brings extensive experience first-assisting in simple and complex spine surgery, as well as evaluating patients before and after surgery. He is a U.S. military veteran.
